Burmese-speaking Sales Representative

The Burmese-speaking Sales Representative will focus on expanding the company's presence in Burmese-speaking markets.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales process to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in Sri Lanka.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products to effectively address client needs and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to closing.

Requirements:

• Burmese - minimum C2 proficiency.
• Russian - minimum B2 proficiency.
• English - minimum B2 proficiency.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals.
• Ability to assess and adapt to varying client profiles and requirements.
• Familiarity with technical systems and business tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to gather, organize, and apply information effectively.
