Our client, international pharmaceutical company, is in search of Customer Facing L&D Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gap Assessment Implementation
    • Coordinate with Global GF L&D to conduct gap assessments to identify training needs within the organization.
    • Collect and analyze data to determine areas where training is required.
  • Training Content Co-Creation
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant training content.
    • Assist Global CF L&D in creating instructional materials and resources that address identified training needs.
  • Training Planning
    • Lead the planning and organization of training sessions.
    • Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth training delivery.
  • Training Delivery
    • Lead the delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
    • Support trainers and facilitators during training sessions, ensuring participant engagement.
  • Measuring Learning Impact
    • Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Assist in creating reports and presentations that summarize training impact and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Use feedback and data to suggest improvements to training programs.
    • Collaborate with the learning and development team to implement changes and enhance training effectiveness.

Experience

  • Understanding of Learning Principles
    • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design basics.
    • Knowledge of different learning styles and methods.
  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Experience in gathering and organizing data, such as feedback and performance metrics.
    • Basic skills in analyzing data to draw insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training Coordination
    • Exposure to assisting in the coordination and logistics of training sessions.
    • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Content Development Support
    • Some experience in supporting the creation of training materials and resources.
    • Familiarity with tools and software used in content development (e.g., PowerPoint, learning management systems).
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Adaptability and Initiative
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written), Russian is mandatory.
