We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Turkish market, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Actively participate in various marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and re-engaging customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken). Basic proficiency in Russian or English is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
