Role Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Finance Manager to help manage the financial operations for our furniture and property businesses. This is a hands-on role that involves bookkeeping, planning budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring our finances are in great shape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping and Records:
    • Keep our financial records up to date and accurate.
    • Oversee bookkeeping, delegating tasks when possible, but ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  2. Budgeting and Financial Planning:
    • Help create budgets for the businesses and track spending.
    • Provide simple, regular updates on our financial situation.
  3. Pricing for Furniture:
    • Help us decide the best prices for our furniture products to make sure we stay competitive and profitable.
  4. Revenue and Expense Management:
    • Keep track of how much we earn and spend, making sure we are making the most of our money.
  5. Marketing Spend:
    • Review how much we spend on marketing and whether it’s bringing in good results.
  6. Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor cash flow to ensure we have enough money available for day-to-day operations.
  7. Tax and Compliance:
    • Make sure we meet basic tax and legal requirements for both the furniture and property businesses.

Requirements:

  • Знание Русского и Английского обязательно
  • Basic experience in bookkeeping or finance (certifications like AAT are a bonus but not required).
  • Comfortable with using accounting tools like Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep finances in order.
  • Ability to provide clear, simple financial updates to management.
  • Some experience with budgeting and managing business expenses.
  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of numbers.
