We’re looking for a Manager Data Science to orchestrate appliance of Machine Learning, intelligent data research, and advanced analytical tools to optimize and deliver cost efficiency of business processes of the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven proposals for business process optimization and work them through with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure applicability of the developed models and data quality.
  • Manage and own end-to-end execution of machine learning projects of the Company.
  • Communicate and Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, data science peers and colleagues responsible for data storage.
  • Present and discuss research insights with business stakeholders.
  • Data engineering for the purpose of research.
  • Generate data-driven insights to create and develop recommender and predictive systems.
  • Combine, enhance and modify multiple data science models and products to develop new products for business process optimization.
  • Analyze opportunities and propose strategies for PMI brands and products, collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Forecast sales projection for new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Create monthly analytical reports on products performance
  • Prepare reports and materials to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Participate in budget planning cycles.

Requirements:

  • MS Excel, SQL – advanced user, able to quickly work with big data sets.
  • MS Power BI – competent user, able to visualize data insights and results of research.
  • Python – competent user, uses numpy, scipy, pandas, sklearn libraries, knowledge and practical experience with core ML algorithms (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks).
  • Senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
