User Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define important metrics, functionality and technology requirements, - provide ongoing support, design, and define strategic directions within digital product management.

• Gather feedback from various stakeholders and develop a corresponding product backlog/roadmap, prioritize the backlog.

• Generate ideas to improve the user experience and address existing issues.

• Analyze user feedback, research, and data to understand market needs (usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews).

• Search for best practices in the market, implement new solutions to enhance the user experience, and test them.

• Collaborate with other company employees to maintain a consistent user experience in digital products.

• Lead the development team in an agile format to achieve set goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Advanced Excel, PPT user.

• Results-oriented.

• Project management skills.

• Presentation skills (project results, KPIs, reports).

• Analytical thinking.

• Understanding of agile development principles.
