On a given day, you will:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-value partners, becoming their trusted advisor for Deriv’s trading solutions

• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to identify strategic growth initiatives

• Design and execute region-specific expansion plans that resonate with local market needs

• Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence in your assigned territories

• Collaborate with global teams to adapt our offerings to local preferences and requirements

• Travel to meet partners and represent Deriv at industry events

• Are fluent in English and any local languages such as Azerbaijani/ Turkish/Uzbek, with strong cultural understanding of these markets

• Possess excellent relationship-building and networking abilities

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Have 2-5 years of experience in business development (preferred)

• Bring knowledge of financial services and digital technologies (preferred)
