Head (Lead) of Affiliate

Обязанности:

• audit and improve the current affiliate strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets

  — review the current revenue share, CPA and hybrid models and optimise it to meet the KPI's

  — manage team (hire, educate and motivate) to achieve business goals

  — provide regular analysis and reports

Требования:

— 3+ years in affiliate marketing (Gambling) with experience on the Head position

— analytical, data-driven and result-driven approach

— at least B2 level of English

— warm contacts of trusted webmasters / affiliates
