L&D manager

Responsibilities:

• Sustaining first in class learning environment in company and support office in Russia;
• Delivering trainings & leading the trainers team;
• Influencing L&D agenda;
• Providing reporting on L&D activities, learning needs analysis and more analytical work;
• Trainings localization.

Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience in L&D;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in HoReCa will be an advantage.
