Lawyer (International Trading Contracts)

International Oil Trading Company is looking for an experienced Lawyer with background in drafting of international trading contracts

Обязанности:

• Drafting, review and commenting on the sale and purchase contracts in relation to oil, oil products, coal, petrochemicals (Russian/International law).
• Reviewing, drafting and responding to claims.
• Reviewing and commenting on the contracts regarding the transportation of the goods (transhipment, expedition, railway).

Требования:

• 8-10 + PQE
• Background in drafting of international trading contracts
• International legal education (Highly desirable)
• Fluent English
