We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proficient Advertising Operations Manager for our hiring partner – one of the world’s most popular online media companies. The company produces entertaining, positive and original content — including videos, articles, animation, and music — for more than 2 billion followers on social media channels. The team is 2,000+ creative minds working remotely from 70 countries.

Location: Fully remote, CET time zone.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage ad inventory across desktop and mobile environments, ensuring optimal utilization, accurate forecasting, and seamless performance across platforms.
  • Analyze ad performance data and trends, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize CTR, eCPM, fill rates, and revenue.
  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot ad tags, ensuring proper ad delivery, accurate tracking, and minimal downtime.
  • Manage ad inventory within GAM, ensuring optimal utilization and revenue maximization.
  • Lead the implementation of programmatic strategies, including Prebid, Open Bidding, TAM integrations, to enhance monetization.
  • Evaluate and onboard new ad providers, identify growth opportunities, and foster strong relationships with partners.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and regulations, including data privacy laws and ad policies.
  • Monitor emerging ad tech trends, recommend innovative solutions, and identify new monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a strong focus on Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Proven expertise in managing programmatic advertising, including Open Bidding (Google AdX) and Header Bidding integrations (Prebid).
  • Hands-on experience working with TAM (Transparent Ad Marketplace) and onboarding new demand partners.
  • Proven experience in communication and onboarding of new advertising partners.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ad-related technical issues, including display and video ad serving.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards such as VAST, VPAID, and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of ad tech ecosystems, yield optimization strategies, and revenue-driving technologies.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience optimizing key metrics such as CTR, CPM, fill rate, and overall revenue performance.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and monetization strategies across diverse geographies (EU and US markets).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate.
  • Proficiency in Yandex and AdFox ecosystems is a strong advantage.
