We are an international Saas solutions provider offering a wide range of communications services for businesses in the Asia-Pacific, European and US markets. Our clients include Avast, Etsy, Canonical (an Ubuntu company), Tesla, Unicef ​​and other well-known companies and non-profit organizations.
You will work as part of a cross-functional, regionally distributed team (over 350 people) with excellent career opportunities and financial stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing commercial activities with telecom operators and service providers in voice traffic termination, purchasing DID (ITFS, LNS, Geo, National) numbers, call center services, and OTP traffic termination.
  • Signing new contracts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators and searching for alternative voice solutions for client traffic.
  • Sourcing and contracting products in local regions and countries based on client requests (EMEA, GCC, APAC, Africa, LatAm regions).
  • Participating in commercial negotiations with telecom operators.
  • Overseeing implementation and related matters for purchasing LNP with/without outbound termination from vendors.
  • Automating and working with the company’s billing, pricing, and routing systems.
  • Creating and consolidating matrices for all telecom service providers.
  • Achieving quarterly commercial KPIs set for vendor interaction teams.
  • Ensuring effective processes for working with telecom operators targeting rates, service quality, and client traffic termination levels.
  • Addressing disputes over fees for ported/disconnected DID numbers.
  • Developing processes for tariff uploading and LCR+ routing.
  • Pricing and tariff management for countries with OBC.
  • Monitoring and redistributing traffic based on credit history and regional specifics of telecom operators.
  • Onboarding local vendors to enhance geographical coverage for LNS/Voice termination services.
  • Collaborating with Operations/Networks teams and forming working groups as needed.
  • Interfacing with Product, Marketing, and Financial teams for strategy development.
  • Monitoring and optimizing low or negative profit directions (increasing low-margin countries by 15–20%).
  • Improving routing processes for client traffic based on vendor performance.
  • Coordinating with Provisioning, Deal Desk, Support, NOC, and Compliance departments.
  • Securing favorable conditions and rates from providers like WhatsApp Business API.
  • Coordinating inter-operator interactions and new telecom operator connections, including internal approvals and service launches.
  • Analyzing and assessing telecom market trends, new technologies, and services for commercial use.
  • Negotiating and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with international partners, addressing key relationship and contractual obligations with telecom operators.
  • Actively contributing to the development and implementation of the company's strategy.
  • Increasing revenue/reducing costs for the company.
  • Investigating and preventing off-net fraud.
  • Monitoring profitability and preventing commercial losses.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working with a VoIP provider or telecom operator.
  • Knowledge of the telecom market in voice telephony, numbering resources, SMS, and VAS services.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Open to relocating to Cyprus.
