Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Head of Research in China, assisting with local team management.
2. Integrate technical and business requirements into research plans. Develop and implement strategic research plans with clear objectives, conducting or organizing local teams to execute user research projects.
3. Collect and analyze user behavior through various methods, including field visits, interviews, surveys, and desk research.
4. Projects encompass, but are not limited to, user segmentation, target user analysis, mobile software experience demand mining, new function concept testing, usability testing, and NPS/user satisfaction/user experience measurements.
5. Communicate research findings through written reports and presentations to various stakeholders, and facilitate the implementation of research outputs.
6. Continuously enhance research methodologies and technologies to benefit the team.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 years in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research, with extensive hands-on experience in qualitative research and the proficiency to moderate research sessions effectively.
2. Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, Economics, IT, Management, or a closely related field.
3. Fluent in English as a working language.
4. Extensive knowledge and application of user research methodologies, encompassing interviews, fieldwork, focus groups, survey design, and rigorous data analysis.
5. Proven track record of conducting research across various product stages and driving measurable outcomes in collaboration with product teams.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within tight timelines, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
7. Positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and exceptional teamwork skills.
