We are an American IT company specializing in the development and promotion of our own B2B software aimed at preserving the memory of loved ones and enhancing operational efficiency for businesses. Our main product, Cemetery Workstation, is a comprehensive online platform that modernizes business processes, streamlines document management and lot tracking, and simplifies workflows for client companies.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with English proficiency (remote) to join our team. This role will be key in identifying and attracting talented individuals who share our mission and can help drive our success forward.

What will you be doing?

  • Searching for and recruiting specialists in the international market;

  • Timely review and processing of applications and responses;

  • Handling incoming applications from candidates and conducting initial interviews (in a remote format) to assess their ability to perform assigned tasks;

  • Organizing interviews with department managers and evaluating candidates' compliance with job requirements;

  • Coordinating and supporting candidates at all stages of the interview process;

  • Effectively promoting job opportunities and understanding motivational factors;

  • Preparing analytical reports (salary market analysis, reporting), maintaining and updating the candidate database;

  • Negotiating employment terms with successful candidates;

  • Collecting and verifying documents, as well as managing data storage;

  • Signing contracts with successful candidates;

What do you need to know and be able to do?

  • English language proficiency at C2 level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven success in filling positions through cold sourcing;
  • Skills in using conventional and unconventional recruitment tools will be an advantage;
  • Sales skills or successful experience in phone negotiations;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and make quick decisions
