Indirect Procurement Specialist

Our client, Consumer Electronics Company, a leading global provider of smart
devices, is looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of procurement activities in the service category.
• Conduct & support the tenders according to company guidelines.
• Manage the supplier base, conduct analysis of suppliers, participate in process of negotiations.
• An internal ERP system processing.
• Regular status updates to requesters, statistics reports preparation.
• Understand and follow all audit and compliance requirements with regards to vendor selection process and vendor management.
• Assistance with documents flow on demand.

Requirements:

• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing areas from 1 year.
• Knowledge of procurement basics. Expertise in category pricing structure and tender process specifics.
• Project management and coordination, contract work support background preferable.
• Good Excel knowledge.
• English level from Intermediate.
