- Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Marketing Designer (3-5 years of experience) to join our innovative EdTech team. This role focuses on designing high-conversion landing pages, sales funnels, onboarding experiences, value propositions, pricing screens, and payment flows. Your expertise will drive A/B-tested, data-informed iterations that resonate with parents, kids, and teachers globally.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing screens, and payment experiences for B2C international markets (Asia, Latin America, Europe).
- Collaborate with marketing, product and business teams to craft compelling visuals addressing customer pain points.
- Iterate (together with a growth PM) quickly with A/B testing and maximize conversions.
- Use user insights and JTBD frameworks to create designs tailored for parents and kids.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
- Analyze performance data to refine designs and improve user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Marketing Design with a strong focus on landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience creating user-friendly, visually appealing designs.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with high traffic and rapid iteration cycles.
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow, Tilda, or similar.
- Ability to communicate design decisions backed by data and user insights.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Would be an advantage:
•Familiarity with JTBD frameworks and UX research for family-focused products.
• Background in designing for educational or B2C products.
• Experience in creating products for kids or teens is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and improving user experiences.
