We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Service Desk specialist to join our Tech & Engineering team during a pivotal period of growth and innovation at our company. You'll play a crucial role in managing user requests and maintaining our IT infrastructure. From preparing user equipment to administering internal services, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless technical operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for troubleshooting technical issues, we want to hear from you!
Your main tasks will be:
- Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support.
- Preparation of user equipment, diagnostics of the technical condition of the equipment before sending it for repair.
- Creating user instructions and keeping them up to date.
- Access granting to internal services/applications.
- Administration of the corporate messenger and mail system.
- Keeping and maintaining IT Assets inventory.
- Asistance in device management.
We expect from you:
- Confident knowledge of the PC hardware, software and various OS (both Windows and MacOS).
- Responsible attitude to assigned tasks, attentiveness
- Practical experience in managing global corporate IT systems (Google workspace, Slack)
- Network troubleshooting skills: nslookup, ping, ifconfig, tracert
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a self-driven role within a technology-focused organization
