You will:

Consult and support potential and existing clients of our service;

Communicate with other departments, exchange information with them, and help to solve our clients’ problems;

Work with CRM systems;

Ensure customers are happy and continue to use our services;

Report on the problems and bugs to the IT teams promptly;

Assist colleagues from the Sales team.
It’s a match if:

You speak English fluently (Upper-intermediate/Advanced level);

You’re motivated to help people understand how the system works;

You have good communication skills and quick and efficient problem-solving abilities;

You are empathetic, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious. You can find an approach to all types of people;

You’re independent and have responsibility for the decisions taken. You can prioritize your tasks and be focused on quality;
Nice-to-have skills:

Experience in the customer support/success specialist position or similar.

Second foreign language (intermediate or higher).
