We are seeking a passionate Producer to lead our product, which is currently in deep development and set for a rapid release. Farcana is an innovative startup in the gaming industry , developing a multiplayer online shooter for PC powered by blockchain technology. Responsibilities:

Manage projects from concept to release, overseeing the entire production cycle.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and requirements.

Coordinate the work of teams (art, programmers, designers) to achieve common goals.

Analyze data and KPIs to evaluate project effectiveness and build dashboards for insights.

Collaborate with external partners and publishers.

Act as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring effective communication across departments.

Work with game audiences, segmenting them for targeted engagement.

Facilitate regular team meetings and updates to ensure alignment on project goals.

Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar role with successful game releases on gaming platforms.

Experience navigating the game release cycle is a must.

Strong understanding of game design principles, UX design, and project economics.

Extensive gaming experience and understanding of specific markets, and trends in the gaming industry.

Ability to work with analytical tools and gather data effectively.

Ability to plan and manage a team to achieve results.

Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Systems thinking, organized, ability to adapt flexibly in changing market conditions, and high level of presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
