About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to lead our marketing strategy and operations, working directly with the executive team to drive growth and profitability. You will oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, optimize channels, and develop strategies that ensure measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven SaaS products, ensuring successful launches across high-performing channels.
  • Identify and evaluate effective marketing channels, calculate ROMI, and ensure clear ROI tracking.
  • Design and oversee funnels to drive lead generation, conversions, and retention.
  • Prepare technical specifications for line specialists, including targetologists, copywriters, designers, and external contractors.
  • Strategically plan and manage advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align all marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve and inform decision-making.
  • Organize continuous testing and optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Create and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to extend reach and credibility.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably with SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing tools and metrics.
  • Proven experience in SEO, email marketing, PPC, Paid Social, targeting, and SMM.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale B2B and B2C products with measurable success.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and solving challenges.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel strategies with clear ROI targets.
