There is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Business Assistant to help with organizing business. Your future chief is an ambitious expert in the field of crowdfunding, who has already launched more than 50 projects successfully; co-founder of such projects as GeekClub and ReProject; a marketer on Amazon, Ozon and Wildberries.

Now he is seeking a communicative and open-minded Business Assistant who is interested in helping with business tasks and growth. We'll be happy to see a person with assistant or project management background.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Workday organization: calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings

  • Administrative support: sorting and processing incoming emails, preparing materials for meetings, making calls, coordinating tasks within the team

  • Task and deadline management: tracking assignments, reminders of important tasks and deadlines; systemizing and delegating tasks

  • Preparing reports and analytical materials: market research, preparation of data for decision making; reports on the work done in a structured form: regular maintenance of worksheets, filling out documents

  • Document management: assistance with the preparation and editing of documents, contracts, and other important materials

  • Interaction with partners and colleagues: coordination of meetings, negotiations, business correspondence

  • Maintaining all business processes and assisting with the implementation of new ones

  • Searching for necessary information, contacts, contractors and suppliers, ordering goods at request, creating selections with information

  • Onboarding of new employees into the processes

  • Travel support

  • Other assignments arising in the course of work

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant work experience of 2+ years

  • Higher education degree (or courses) from a foreign university

  • English proficiency (C1+), excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of data

  • Responsibility and ability to work independently

  • Systematic approach to process description and optimization and analytical mindset

  • Good sense of taste, ability to adapt to the tastes of the chief

  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel Outlook, and other calendar and document management tools), experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, Asana, Slack) and LinkedIn, Behance

  • Experience in the design industry and working with startups, including personal project/startup experience will be your advantage
