Customer’s satisfaction quality manager

Responsibilities:

• To evaluate quality on own and competitors final products from customers preliminary point of view;
• To evaluate quality of vehicle, by discovering every perceptible defects from customers point of view;
• Evaluations should be part or during serial production stages will monitor and confirm vehicles quality level and have to be used to promote further improvement;
• To prepare project vehicles and serial vehicles audit in accordance of customers satisfaction point of view;
• To cooperate with concerned departments: Quality, Project, Design (and others) to review target achievement and improvement opportunities, and agree on further target setting;
• To establish quality revision procedure to determine the process of revision of the standard: evolution (of standard), modification, addition or abolition of items;
• To create working team and discuss about modification of standard (minimum twice per year), need to collect market information.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive industry and quality more 5+ years;
• Team management of quality or another division is a must (or cross functional management process, with example);
• Deep knowledge of local market customer’s needs (in automotive industry);
• Good knowledge of car quality evaluation: in static, dynamic, aspect and other;
• Subjective evaluation process knowledge;
• University graduate of quality (or automotive) discipline is a must;
• Good written and spoken English is a must;
