We are a rapidly growing automotive company specializing in selling pre-owned cars in great condition and with exciting prices.
We have 2 locations in Chicago with over 250 cars and are opening the third one
We are looking for a person who will join us as a permanent team member and will help us scale and grow.
What you will be doing:
- Your main job will be to ensure the growth of both remote sales and sales at the dealership. That implies building a strategy for our growth and managing sales managers, both remote and on-site. Personal sales experience and experience managing sales departments, mentoring and developing your team plays a huge role in this.
- One of the first objectives will be to implement a CRM system and adapt it to our needs, including the workflows and reporting tools
- You will be responsible for our reputation management on different platforms.
- You will develop sales strategies aimed at growth-hacking
What would be an advantage:

Proven Sales Expertise: you have worked in sales yourself and managed a team of sales reps (b2b or b2c doesn't matter all that much in our case)

You have confident written and basic spoken English, and can communicate with an international team.

You have strong leadership and management skills and can confidently lead a remote team

Working Hours (Chicago Time Zone):
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
