As a User Acquisition Manager, you will lead strategic growth initiatives, optimize marketing campaigns, and oversee a team of talented professionals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
  • Manage the growth backlog and run experiments across the marketing funnel.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rate strategies.
  • Expand reach in key paid channels (Google Ads, Bing) while improving ROI.
  • Performance Marketing Campaigns:
  • Oversee performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creative briefing, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.
  • Tailor campaigns for specific local markets.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
  • Own the growth tracker, implementing rigorous data analysis (GA4, Appsflyer, Amplitude).
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven success in scaling subscription-based mobile apps in weight loss or health.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads with positive ROMI in the US market.
  • Experience leading growth teams (Product Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of Product Market Fit strategies, scaling buying volume, and funnel optimization.
