Sales Manager (English, Fintech)

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to attract and acquire new clients in Russia and International markets within the fintech, crypto, and SWIFT transfers sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new clients and partners globally and in Russia.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and expand the client base.
• Negotiate deals, close agreements, and support clients throughout the partnership process.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track priorities, deals, KPIs, and generate reports.

Requirements:

• OFFICE 5/2 : Chistye Prudy (Moscow)

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-driven approach.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• A degree in Banking, Fintech, Economics, or Business is an advantage.
