A moving company based in the U.S. is looking for a Sales Manager in Russia.
We are seeking candidates with strong sales skills in English—experience in selling services in English is mandatory. All of our customers are American, so conversational English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, etc.).
• Consulting customers on moving services, providing pricing estimates, explaining terms, and answering questions.
• Maintaining internal records and tracking customer inquiries.
• Coordinating orders, monitoring timelines and statuses.
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Quickly resolving any customer concerns related to their move.
Requirements:
• Fluent conversational English (ability to communicate with American customers).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and self-organization.
• Willingness to work in California time zone.
• Previous experience in phone sales in English is required.
