We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Affiliate Hunter & Business Development Manager to lead affiliate partnerships and strategic growth at Trading Academy. This hybrid role combines the proactive approach of an Affiliate Hunter with the strategic vision of a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate is an aggressive deal-maker, a connector with a strong network in the forex and prop trading space, and a growth-oriented strategist.

Tasks:

1. Affiliate Recruitment & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliates, including forex influencers, bloggers, trading coaches, and educators.
  • Develop and manage a high-performance affiliate program with a focus on driving revenue and engagement.
  • Optimize affiliate conversions through custom offers, targeted incentives, and strategic engagement tactics.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates to maintain motivation and loyalty.

2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish and expand collaborations with trading communities, forex educators, and fintech companies.
  • Lead co-branded marketing campaigns with partners to grow Trade’s reach and influence in the market.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and exclusive partnerships with top affiliates and industry leaders.
  • Explore new partnership opportunities within the online education and fintech space.

3. Growth & Revenue Optimization

  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key growth metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional assets such as lead magnets, webinars, and tailored campaigns for affiliates.
  • Continuously test and optimize new acquisition channels to scale revenue and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management (preferably in forex, fintech, or online education).
  • Strong network in the trading, forex, and fintech space—existing connections are highly desirable.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and CPA/CPL models.
  • Deep understanding of prop trading, funded accounts, and the forex trading ecosystem.
  • Ability to structure deals, negotiate commissions, and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
