1. In-depth knowledge of Java
2. AOP
3. Spring Boot internals + Gradle
4. Deep understanding of concurrent programming, Thread context
5. On-premise and cloud experience
6. Software Life-cycle CI/CD (Jenkins)
7. Containerization technologies
8. Multi-tenancy architecture understanding
9. Low-level TCP protocol stack understanding, Wireshark
10. REST/SOAP/GRPC
11. Good reverse engineering skills
12. Java profiling
13. Linux understanding + Bash is advantage
