Responsibilities:
- Control over stock discrepancies – corrections, acts, inbound and outbound analysis (regional warehouses, boutiques, kiosks), control of expiration dates
- Import claims processing (losses, damage, expiration dates)
- Problems during reception, missorts in import deliveries
- Support of the certification process (temporary stored goods receipt in SAP and GI)
- Destruction at regional warehouses
- Handling of inventory and audit control at regional warehouses. Participating in inventory handling at boutiques
- Closing of the period (regions, boutiques, kiosks)
- Support on requests within supply chain team
- Participating in establishment of local norms and procedures
- Participating in ERP’s system improvements
- Control over stock discrepancies
- Control of losses region stocks and boutiques
