We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring we generate high-quality leads, maximize ROAS, and deliver measurable results. This remote position operates on Eastern Standard Time (New York) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the technical expertise to drive the company’s growth.

Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 per month, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with optimal ROAS.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance using analytics and KPI tracking.

  • Long-Term Traffic Growth: Build and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic through content creation, keyword optimization, and partnerships.

Campaign Management

  • Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization: Oversee the design and management of lead-generation funnels, including interactive tools.

  • Channel Expertise: Manage campaigns on Facebook, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Creative Campaigns: Develop compelling ad creatives that focus on premium services and client testimonials rather than discounts.

  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration between marketing channels for consistent messaging and user experiences.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Advanced Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and proprietary platforms to track campaign performance.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in marketing data and provide quality-controlled reports to executives.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, IT, and external marketing partners to align strategies.

  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including Google Ads managers and SEO specialists.

Innovation and Adaptability

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve campaign issues, such as low-quality leads or budget overruns.

Required Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Deep understanding of marketing for high-value products or services, especially targeting high-net-worth individuals.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong data-driven approach with expertise in multi-step funnel optimization and lead tracking.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work across departments, building strong relationships with sales, IT, and vendors.

  • Innovation: Creative thinker with experience designing unique marketing campaigns.

  • Increasing the percentage of high-value leads (e.g., business-class clients).
