Call Center Operator (English/French)

WinTech has been successfully developing its iGaming products for 13 years, creating software for the international market, constantly expanding its presence in Europe, Latin America, Canada and other regions, and now we're looking for a Call Center Operator to our Support team who will:

• Make phone calls to customers in English/French (site satisfaction, informing about current bonuses and promotions, collecting and processing feedback from customers, etc.).
• Solve customer questions and problems
• Identify customer needs (current and prospective) and create conditions to retain customers
• Maintain reports in CRM
• Interact with other departments of the company

We expect from you:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written), French B2+ will be a plus
• Confident communication and objection handling skills
• Responsibility, politeness and result orientation
• Computer proficiency
• Experience in customer support or sales will be an advantage
