1. Job Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in dispatching, tracking, or logistics (preferred but not required)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using dispatch/tracking software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
2. Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time deliveries
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to update shipment status
- Handle delays, route changes, and troubleshoot any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching loads when required
