Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of S&M to include filing, typing, computer input, phone coverage, maintenance of account files and various department logs
- Handling the Director’s schedule
- Arranging business trips (booking tickets, reserving hotels, preparing visas), meetings, visits, social events
- Maintaining contacts with clients, partners and visitors in order to provide necessary services (required information, setting meetings)
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Fluent English is a must
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a personal assistant in western company
- Any work experience in hotel business is a plus
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
