What you’ll do:

Actively generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and other sales channels

Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and closing deals

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in mobile marketing and growth teams

Develop and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency in lead qualification and deal conversion

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, improve outreach strategies, and provide feedback for product development

Lead and scale the sales function, including hiring and mentoring future sales team members

Manage CRM tools to track pipeline performance and optimize sales strategies
What you need to succeed:

3+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech)

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets

Deep understanding of digital marketing and mobile advertising ecosystems (AppLovin, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to sell value, not just features

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic startup environment

Passion for technology, marketing automation, and helping businesses scale
Nice to have:

Experience working with UA managers, agencies, or ad networks

Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative optimization strategies

Experience leading and mentoring a sales team

Experience with or strong understanding of MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular)
