What you’ll do:

  • Actively generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and other sales channels

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and closing deals

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in mobile marketing and growth teams

  • Develop and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency in lead qualification and deal conversion

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, improve outreach strategies, and provide feedback for product development

  • Lead and scale the sales function, including hiring and mentoring future sales team members

  • Manage CRM tools to track pipeline performance and optimize sales strategies

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech)

  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and mobile advertising ecosystems (AppLovin, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to sell value, not just features

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic startup environment

  • Passion for technology, marketing automation, and helping businesses scale

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with UA managers, agencies, or ad networks

  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative optimization strategies

  • Experience leading and mentoring a sales team

  • Experience with or strong understanding of MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular)
