I’m looking for a Lead Recruiter who will be a key player in our team, helping us scale hiring, improve processes, and increase recruitment efficiency.

An experienced recruiter with 5+ years in recruitment (preferably in IT or Sales).
Someone who can work independently and make decisions.
A professional who builds strong relationships with hiring managers.
An expert who understands the market and knows how to attract top talent.
