As a Retention manager, Campaign Operations this full-time role is responsible for implementation of Digital Retention (CRM) campaigns, customers segmentation and leading optimization projects for enhancing campaigns KPIs. The Manager works with in-house marketing tools and systems. Reporting to the Campaign Operations Group Manager, this role will work closely with the CRM team, local Retention Team Leads and IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate CRM and Retention strategies & requirements into the best technical campaign set-up within marketing automation platforms on time and to brief;
  • Prepare, review (QA) and act as a final approver for Email, In-Product Marketing and other marketing campaigns ensuring excellent execution;
  • Analyze customers data to identify key segments and provide personalized communications based on user behavior and customer parameters;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Retention and global teams (CRO, CXO, IT, SE) to design and improve communications campaigns aligned with industry and company best practices;
  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns performance to assure continuous improvement and achieve optimal setup;
  • Leverage knowledge of consistent A/B testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to enhance campaigns segmentation, operational tactics, improve campaign performance and optimize results;

  • Insure clear, timely communications and task execution as well as harmonious relationships inside the team and between stakeholders;

  • Understand, document operational processes, provide support and trainings for Junior colleagues and keep wider teams updated on important news in campaign operations;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing with focus on campaigns execution
  • Fluent English
  • HTML & CSS skills and knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously, adapt to shifting or competing priorities and take initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with great attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly
