Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategy, including positioning, tactics, defined brand advantages, brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, brand vision and value proposition for customers and public officials
- Develop launch project plan and content for integrated brand and launch teams
- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses, evaluate cost effectiveness and results
- Develop and manage patient access and support programs, ensuring patients receive and benefit from their treatment
- Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development, provide recommendations to the management
- Plan and organise different types of events, e.g. reginal and national events such as product congresses, symposiums, seminars, educational events, etc
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute the brand strategy, monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
- Define customers needs, collect and analyze customer insights, drive brand and customer loyalty and increase brand recognition
- Support the field team with customer presentations and customer requirements
- Build meaningful relationships with external partners - scientific leaders
- Build digital marketing startegy, leverage advanced Generative AI/automation tools
Key Skills:
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Self-management skills
- Work experience in consulting is desirable, experience in a pharmaceutical company is required, work experience in the oncology area is required
