We are looking for a passionate and visionary Subject Lead to shape and implement a sports strategy aligned with IB values.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the IB sports program (PYP/MYP).
-Lead methodological work: curriculum development, integration of sports into interdisciplinary projects.
-Organize and manage sports events, competitions, and external partnerships.
-Mentor and support PE teachers through training and professional development.
-Collaborate with the academic team to integrate physical education into the learning process.
-Manage the sports department budget and resources.
-Promote sports and a healthy lifestyle within the school community.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Physical Education, or Sports Management.
-At least 5 years of experience in international schools or IB programs.
-Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian.
-Proven experience in managing sports programs and academic projects.
-Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and inquiry-based learning.
-Excellent organizational and event management skills, including experience in building partnerships.
