Who We Are Looking For:
We need a proactive recruiter who can quickly adapt, efficiently use various sourcing tools and tracking software, analyze market trends, and organize their workflow to fill positions promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for company positions in IT, Mobile Apps, CG, Media, Content and Marketing.
- Sourcing candidates beyond traditional job boards using social media, professional communities, and messengers.
- Conducting phone interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Organizing Zoom interviews with hiring managers and providing candidate feedback.
Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience in international recruitment – successful hiring for foreign positions is a must (UK / EUROPE / MENA).
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment databases and platforms.
- Ability to use various sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent.
- Strong skills in candidate evaluation, engagement, and relationship building.
- Goal-oriented, independent, and communicative personality.
- English level: C1 or higher – ability to conduct interviews and communicate professionally in English.
