About the Company:

Our holding specializes in digital distribution, video content production, and promotion across various VOD/SVOD platforms. We are involved in product licensing, IP-based merchandise distribution, IT product development, advertising, and content monetization. Our projects are diverse and dynamic!

Who We Are Looking For:

We need a proactive recruiter who can quickly adapt, efficiently use various sourcing tools and tracking software, analyze market trends, and organize their workflow to fill positions promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting for company positions in IT, Mobile Apps, CG, Media, Content and Marketing.
  • Sourcing candidates beyond traditional job boards using social media, professional communities, and messengers.
  • Conducting phone interviews and initial candidate assessments.
  • Organizing Zoom interviews with hiring managers and providing candidate feedback.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in international recruitment – successful hiring for foreign positions is a must (UK / EUROPE / MENA).
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment databases and platforms.
  • Ability to use various sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent.
  • Strong skills in candidate evaluation, engagement, and relationship building.
  • Goal-oriented, independent, and communicative personality.
  • English level: C1 or higher – ability to conduct interviews and communicate professionally in English.
