About the Role:
Trinity Private School in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our Primary School team
We offer excellent professional development opportunities, including participation in regular IB trainings, conferences, and in-house workshops.
Our Primary School is in the process of becoming an IB PYP school and aims to implement IB PYP Framework, emphasizing inquiry-based learning and a transdisciplinary approach.
We are looking for a passionate educator who can create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a transdisciplinary curriculum aligned with the IB PYP framework
- Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons alligned with IB teaching approaches
- Use ManageBac for unit planning and student progress tracking
- Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes student growth, inclusivity, and shared professional learning among colleagues
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide events and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching within the IB PYP framework
- Strong understanding of the inquiry-based approach
- Proficiency in both English and Russian
- Experience in both individual and group teaching
- Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education
