We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with incoming leads and generating new business through cold sales. A key focus will be maintaining high conversion rates from leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and from SQLs to closed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert incoming leads efficiently while meeting conversion rate targets
- Conduct cold outreach to potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects, nurturing them into SQLs and moving them through the sales pipeline
- Prepare and deliver compelling commercial offers
- Track and manage all stages of the sales process in AmoCRM, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Monitoring payments on issued invoices and overseeing the delivery of sold equipment
- Providing daily reports within your area of responsibility
