We are seeking a talented and motivated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be involved to the full C&B cycle, control and analysis total rewards program and benefits, financial budget analysis. The C&B Specialist will be part of mastermind groups for analysis conditions of total rewards program for employees, improving the employer's brand and aligned actions with the overall strategy of the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide full C&B cycle for Russia:
- Current compensation analysis;
- Process for Annual Salary review;
- Individual Salary review;
- Performance cycle support;
- Incentives administration;
- Preparation of communication on C&B topics;
- Benefits update;
- Personnel costs budgeting process preparation;
- Provide C&B reporting and analysis;
- Participation of projects on non-material motivation;
- Reporting and communications with HQ;
Capabilities:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in C&B on a position of specialist;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Solid practical knowledge of the Russian labor code;
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities;
- Ability to manage large volumes of information;
- Upper-intermediate English (able to negotiate in English) ;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office;
