Chief Editor (Indonesian and English)

We're looking for a Chief Editor to lead a team of AI trainers (editors who help Yandex’s neural networks generate accurate and useful responses to user queries). You will be responsible for managing editorial workflows, reviewing and editing responses, and conducting thorough fact-checking.

Responsibilities:

• team management: lead and oversee a team of six AI trainers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while driving strong results;
• content creation and editing: review and edit texts from other authors, create instructional guidelines, and contribute your own written content;
• fact-checking: verify a wide range of facts to ensure AI-generated texts meet strict accuracy and truthfulness criteria.

Requirements:

• native or fluent Indonesian speaker with strong cultural knowledge;
• advanced English proficiency (C1-C2);
• basic knowledge of Russian (A2) to accept the agreement offer;
• proven experience in editorial leadership, preferably in teams with established fact-checking processes;
• ability to multitask and manage different tasks throughout the day;
• strong writing and feedback skills, comfortable with open discussions about editorial decisions;
• teaching experience in linguistics or philology is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• computer with Windows 10 or macOS 10.12+;
• stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
