Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the Company's sales strategy, market share winning strategy.
2. Monthly and quaterly sales KPI achievement.
3. Establish and develop long-term partnership with key accounts.
4. Negotiation on commercial terms and conditions with key accounts (OZON).
5. Mobile market research and analysis.
6. Sales channels monitoring and control.
7. Understand the Campaign Calendar of each platform, familiar with platform rules and operating procedures:
- Campaign management
- price management
- inventory management
- advertising management
- product card management
- logistics procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Russian mobile market, main players and clients;
- Audio accessories, consumer electronics or mobile devices sales background is a plus;
- Еxcellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- English is a plus
