Mandatory

  1. At least 1 year of experience in your department.
  2. Computer literacy.
  3. English language proficiency: at least B2 level. Preferably, C1.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills; positive thinking.
  5. Ability to quickly and effectively search for and systematize information and work with open data sources.
  6. High performance and ambition, ability to work under tight deadlines and changing conditions.
  7. Planning skills and ability to independently organize the work process.
  8. Willingness to make reasoned decisions and show initiative.
  9. Attention to detail.

Would be a big plus

  1. Specialized education; courses (business trainer, organizational coaching, teaching)
  2. German language: B2 or higher.
  3. Interest and desire to develop in the field of EdTech.
  4. Experience working with LMS.
  5. Ability to work with AI.
  6. Experience in project management will also be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage training programs for staff in line with the company's goals and strategy (priority: VIP and Call-Center departments).
  2. Conducting an assessment of employee training needs and developing corresponding training plans.
  3. Organization of onboarding, training sessions, seminars, and workshops adapted to the needs of different departments and employee levels.
  4. Participation in managing internal and external trainers, ensuring their effective work and professional development.
  5. Assessment of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve educational programs.
  6. Interact with other departments to ensure that training meets the company's business needs.
  7. Implementing new methods and technologies in the learning process increases its effectiveness and accessibility.
  8. Creation of training courses for employees weekly, monthly, or annually.
