- German language: B2 or higher.
- Interest and desire to develop in the field of EdTech.
- Experience working with LMS.
- Ability to work with AI.
- Experience in project management will also be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training programs for staff in line with the company's goals and strategy (priority: VIP and Call-Center departments).
- Conducting an assessment of employee training needs and developing corresponding training plans.
- Organization of onboarding, training sessions, seminars, and workshops adapted to the needs of different departments and employee levels.
- Participation in managing internal and external trainers, ensuring their effective work and professional development.
- Assessment of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve educational programs.
- Interact with other departments to ensure that training meets the company's business needs.
- Implementing new methods and technologies in the learning process increases its effectiveness and accessibility.
- Creation of training courses for employees weekly, monthly, or annually.
