Jam is our trusted partner in Russia, helping us find top-tier talent for game development powerhouses. Right now, we’re looking for a Legal Business Development Manager — someone who’s not afraid to get in the ring when needed, who knows how to handle pressure, and who can turn tough negotiations into signed deals or paid debts.
This is not a legal advisor role — this is about real-world negotiation power, strategic thinking, and being the person who ensures we’re treated fairly, paid fully, and respected globally.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading tough negotiations with partners, vendors, and counterparties — from friendly chats to hardball conversations.

Owning conflict resolution and debt collection processes — when someone crosses the line, you're the one who makes things right.

Coordinating with internal and external legal teams to ensure we're always protected, but focusing on the business side of the fight.

Driving contract discussions and partner agreements with a sharp focus on our interests.

Spotting risks early and handling them before they become problems.

Working closely with founders and leadership to manage reputational and legal risk in high-stakes situations.
Who You Are

3+ years in business development, partner management, legal ops, or high-stakes negotiation roles.

You’re confident, persuasive, and can hold your ground in any conversation — from informal chats to legal disputes.

You’ve worked with legal teams, understand contracts and obligations, and know how to turn words into leverage.

Fluent in English (B2+ or higher) — you’ll be speaking with international teams daily.

Bonus if you’ve worked in gaming, tech, or any fast-paced international environment.
