We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for an HR Manager to join the cross-functional team and implement the People function. We’re looking for our first HR/People Lead to work directly with our Managing Partner to implement the People function. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-driven professional to join a fast-growing startup.
In this role, you will be accountable for the development, achievement, and evaluation (data-driven) of People Strategy. This will include the development of appropriate success measures, where not already in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new team members: IT recruiters and sourcers
  • Create a recruitment plan to select, attract and retain the best profiles to support our growth
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative HR projects to drive up staff engagement, wellbeing, and organizational performance
  • Help ensure a positive onboarding experience for our new employees
  • Support the recruitment function by doing a performance review
  • Identify learning needs and create innovative learning solutions
  • Design learning content

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience from a similar stand-alone HR position
  • Experience in building effective working relationships in remote teams
  • Experience recruiting for recruitment roles at various levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English both verbal and written (C1)
  • Confident, self-motivated, and self-starting personality, with a desire to learn and look beyond the boundaries
  • A passion for problem-solving
