A Compliance Manager position has been opened in an international pharmaceutical company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that the organization's activities comply with the applicable Anticorruption laws, identifying risks of non-compliance with applicable regulatory legal acts and standards of the organization's activities, and excluding the involvement of the organization and its employees in illegal activities in Russia and CIS.
  • The Compliance and Ethics Manager, Russia&CIS monitors the compliance of the organization's activities with, mainly, Anticorruption law’s and Company’s Code of Conduct as it relates with Anticorruption requirements both at the document management level and at the level of communication between employees, with partners, counterparties, banks, etc. in Russia and CIS.
  • Anticorruption Risk prevention and the formation of a favorable image of the organization by bringing all internal processes of the company in Russia and CIS into line with the norms of the laws and Company’s Code of Conduct as it relates to Anticorruption.
  • Support, upon request, risk assessment on other ethical & compliance questions covering notably International Trade Sanctions, data privacy law, Antitrust law, promotional material.

Special skills and competences:

  • University degree in management/business administration, law or other relevant discipline/qualifications. Healthcare compliance certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in ethics and compliance and business functions in Russia & CIS region.
  • Previous experience in HealthCare industrie.
  • Previous experience working within multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Experience in Internal Audit / investigation would be a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of international business ethics and compliance principles, extraterritorial laws and regulations (Sapin II and US FCPA).
  • Knowledge of healthcare related risks, laws and regulations applicable in Russia & CIS.
  • Expertise in providing sound, ethical advice to management on a broad range of business issues.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
