Requirements:
Commercial Development Experience: 2+ years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop service interfaces;

Refine the elements that constitute them from scratch;

Analyze input requirements;

Working out the UX part of the project;

Defining the logic of the user-product interaction;

Development, support and respective scaling of the existing design systems;

Interaction with working teams;
Skills:

Relevant experience with navigating complex products;

Experience constructing visually appealing UI;
-
Developing, maintaining and improving the design systems with atomic design approach;

Proficiency with Figma tools;
-
Attention to detail, decent typography skills;

Understanding of the technical side of interface development;

Meaning you're familiar with basic design techniques (JTBD, User Flow, CJM);
Would be a plus:

Experience in developing an identity and preparing marketing materials

Portfolio-wise:
Relevant portfolio with real recent projects in Figma (complex user paths, personal offices, data-intensive interfaces, dashboards)
