Teachers Hiring Manager

We have gotten this far, but there is so more to do and that’s where you come in!​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Screening candidates’ applications for compliance with our entry requirements
• Guiding candidates through the hiring process: conducting and screening interviews (using scripts), communicating over email, checking course scores, coordinating schedules, and signing documents
• Setting up candidates’ profiles and activating them
• Doing quality control of teachers’ media content (photos, videos)

Expectations:

• Level of English B2 (upper-intermediate) and above (both oral and written). It is important! All our teachers speak only English
• At least 1 year of experience in support or in teacher hiring
• Solid computer skills (nothing too difficult — emails, Google Workspace)
• The ability to cope with routine tasks and the desire to constantly learn something new
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates in a friendly and professional manner
